Product information

Description

General description

This siphon pump for swimming pool covers is a simple yet effective device designed to drain water from your above-ground pool cover without the need for electricity. It features a hand-pressure pump that initiates water flow and automatically stops when the cover is empty. The unit includes a drain pump, siphon, and a 15-foot hose, making it an essential tool for maintaining your pool during the off-season.

Technical specifications

Type: Siphon pump

Hose length: 15 feet

Installation

Ensure the hose is not kinked or bent to allow proper water flow.

Position the base of the unit centered in the pool and away from leaves or debris that could block drainage.

The end of the hose and the siphon pump must be lower than the unit to create a siphon action.

Filling the hose with water before use will help start the siphon action more easily.

Usage

This pump is ideal for removing rainwater, melted snow, and debris from your winter pool cover.

Regular use during the off-season reduces cleanup time when reopening your pool.

The pump prevents water and small debris from accumulating on the cover by directing it away into your yard or another designated area.
