General description 1.0mm lead-free solder wire is designed for electric soldering applications. With a composition of 99.3% tin and 0.7% copper, this wire has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. It features a rosin core that reduces smoke and spatter during use, making the soldering process easier. Technical specifications Wire diameter: 1.0 mm Weight: 100g Composition: Sn 99.3%, Cu 0.7% with 2% flux Melting point: 227°C (440.6°F) Use To use solder wire, follow these steps: Prepare the solder wire and electronic soldering iron. Contact the soldering iron with the soldering point. Place the solder wire on the solder point when the solder is heated to the melting temperature. When a certain amount of solder has melted, remove the solder wire. Remove the soldering iron at an angle of about 45° when the soldering point is totally wet.
