General description The 1.0 mm lead-free solder wire is designed for efficient electrical soldering. Composed of 99.3% tin and 0.7% copper, this rosin core solder wire offers excellent soldering performance with low smoke and minimal rosin splash during use. Weighing 100 grams, it is ideal for various applications including DIY projects, home improvements, and repairs of electronic devices. Technical specifications Diameter: 1.0 mm Composition: Sn 99.3%, Cu 0.7% Flux content: 2% Melting point: 227°C (440.6°F) Gross weight: 100 grams (0.22 pounds) Installation Prepare the solder wire and electronic soldering iron. Contact the soldering iron with the soldering point. Place the solder wire on the soldering point when the solder is heated to the melting temperature. Once a sufficient amount of solder is melted, remove the solder wire. Remove the soldering iron at an angle of about 45° when the soldering point is fully wetted.
