General Description

High-quality lead-free solder wire, designed for easy and efficient use.With a diameter of 1.0 mm and a weight of 100 g, this solder wire is composed of 99.3% tin and 0.7% copper, offering excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. It has a low melting point of 227°C (440.6°F), which allows for even flow and reduces fumes and spatter during soldering.

Use

1. Prepare the solder wire and the electronic soldering iron.

2. Contact the soldering iron with the solder point.
3. Place the solder wire on the solder point when the solder is heated to the temperature required to melt it.
4.When a certain amount of solder has melted, remove the solder wire.
5.Remove the electronic soldering iron at an angle of approximately 45° when the solder joint has been completely saturated with solder.
