Atlantic Bed Frame in White, size Single

I ordered this bed to be delivered on 29.07 paid for it then got a email saying delivered between 29.07-02.08 then on the 03.08 I emailed to ask we’re the bed was as I hadn’t received it to be told it hasn’t even been sent out there was a problem but they don’t know what and they could not give me a delivery date shocking response.. they sent me a refund so that is the only good I can say

Recently purchased a double bedstead that was broken and had several missing and wrong parts so I was unable to finish building my bed. I contacted them via their messaging system and got a response saying I would get a full refund once the item was collected, I have been waiting home all day and no-one has turned up and I have taken the day off work to wait in for my collection Mano mano when will my item be collected and when will I get my refund ? Wanted more room in the bedroom so opted for the single bed. Was quite surprised how small the box was when delivered and thought this is gonna be fun to put together !!! My advice would be to lay it all out on the floor as if it looks like the bed before assembled. This way you can get an idea of what pieces go where. The instructions could be better but after looking at it for a bit it all made sense. The sections of the bed itself are numbered although could be clearer. It took me (52 yr old woman) around 1-1.2 to 2 hours to put it all together then go around and tighten all the screws up. But the overall bed is lovely. I had a slight issue with the slats which once contacted the maker was swiftly sorted. But if you are thinking of buying this bed I would recommend it.
