This generator develops minimal heat for cold smoking, allowing you to smoke for 5 to 20 hours with approximately 85g of smoking flour or wood chips. Control the amount of smoke by choosing to burn on both sides or just one side. Other information: Easy cleaning with the included brush, allowing you to remove ash and residue after use.
