Installation

Turn the speed control to "Off".

Unplug the stand mixer.

Tilt the motor head backwards.

Slide the beater onto the beater shaft and press down as far as possible.

Turn the stirrer to the right and hang it on the side of the shaft pin.

Plug into an electrical outlet.

To remove the whisk, push the blender all the way up and turn it to the left, then remove the beater from the beater shaft.

Usage

Quickly whip ingredients for fluffy whipped cream and perfect frosting.

Adjust the gap between the mixer and the bowl by turning the height adjustment screw counterclockwise to raise or clockwise to lower the wire whisk.

Other information

For best results, ensure the wire whisk is positioned correctly next to the surface of the bowl.

If the screw is over-adjusted, the motor head may not lock when lowered.
