Description
The Stanley FatMax Thru-Tang bevel edge chisel combines a shatterproof polymer handle and extended soft-grip for excellent control and comfort. The ISO-standard EN31 ball-bearing grade steel blade is fully ground and finished for sharpness, while a full-length blade guard adds safety. A friction-welded bolster and steel striking cap increase strength and allow steel-hammer strikes, and the thru-tang design with chrome-alloy steel maximizes edge retention. This chisel is 6 mm (1/4 in) wide with a 125 mm blade.
