Stirling Bold - Anthracite Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Straight 8mm

Smarter room comfort from a thermostatic valve set

Give this radiator its own level of thermostatic control with the Stirling Bold Anthracite TRV and lockshield set. The straight 8mm connection is designed for the appropriate pipe route, while the liquid sensor works with the valve to reduce hot-water flow when the room no longer needs as much heat.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Fine-tune warmth one radiator at a time: The thermostatic head responds to room temperature and regulates hot-water flow through that radiator as the selected comfort level is reached.
• Make more efficient use of your central heating: By reducing hot-water flow when the room is warm enough, the valve can help limit unnecessary heating in that space.
• Reduce the risk of freezing in colder conditions: The frost setting provides a safeguard for very cold conditions by allowing the valve to open slightly when temperatures fall sufficiently low.
• Get the complete valve pair in one purchase: Supplying a matching lockshield alongside the TRV means both visible valve positions can be completed as one coordinated set.
• Use a fitting designed around your pipe direction: Straight valves suit side-entry radiator layouts where the pipework runs along the wall to meet the radiator.
• Set the radiator to a more suitable comfort level: Multi-temperature adjustment lets the radiator be set to a more appropriate comfort level for the room.
• Use a sensor that reacts as the room warms and cools: A liquid-filled sensor reacts as the room warms and cools, helping the valve adjust without constant manual intervention.
• Make the valve set part of the radiator's overall look: A cleaner modern form helps the valve set feel coordinated with contemporary radiator designs. The matt Anthracite finish helps coordinate the valves with the radiator and nearby fittings.
• Choose with added confidence beyond installation: The 3 years guarantee provides added reassurance for a product intended to remain part of the heating installation for years to come.
