Stirling Bold - Black Nickel Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Straight 15mm (130mm version)

More individual control for your radiator

Give this radiator its own level of thermostatic control with the Stirling Bold Black Nickel TRV and lockshield set. The straight 15mm connection is designed for the appropriate pipe route, while the liquid sensor works with the valve to reduce hot-water flow when the room no longer needs as much heat.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Take more control of individual room comfort: Instead of leaving the radiator fully open, the TRV adjusts the flow of hot water as the surrounding room temperature changes.
• Use less unnecessary heat in rooms that are already warm: Once the room needs less heat, the TRV can reduce flow through that radiator, helping make more efficient use of the hot water being circulated.
• Help protect the radiator when temperatures fall: A frost-protection setting helps reduce freezing risk by allowing some hot-water flow when the room temperature drops to a very low level.
• Avoid sourcing a matching lockshield separately: Supplying a matching lockshield alongside the TRV means both visible valve positions can be completed as one coordinated set.
• Match the fitting to the direction of your pipework: Where pipework travels horizontally along the wall into a side radiator connection, the straight body keeps the route direct.
• Tailor radiator output to the room's needs: Multi-temperature control provides a choice of thermostatic settings rather than limiting the radiator to fully open or fully closed.
• Use a sensor that reacts as the room warms and cools: The liquid sensor responds to changes in surrounding temperature to operate the thermostatic mechanism automatically.
• Make the valve set part of the radiator's overall look: The contemporary body shape is designed to complement modern radiators without adding unnecessary visual bulk. In polished & lacquered Black Nickel, the set can be matched deliberately with the radiator finish or used as a contrasting detail.
• Get extra peace of mind after fitting: A 3 years guarantee gives you longer-term reassurance beyond the initial installation.
