Simply place it on the stove – the fan starts automatically as soon as the stove surface is hot. 3. Optimal Operating Temperature: The hotter the stove (within a fixed operating temperature range of 50–350 °C), the better an operating temperature of 80–250 °C. The longer the fan runs, the warmer the air in your home will become. The integrated electromagnetic thermometer monitors the stove surface temperature and protects the chip from damage due to overheating. 4. Overheating Protection: At temperatures exceeding 644°F (approx. 340°C), the metal plate on the bottom of the fan protects it from the oven. The anodized aluminum protects the fan from rust and corrosion. 5. Extended Lifespan: The fan base is equipped with a bimetallic safety device that gradually raises the front of the fan to protect the TEG and motor.
