Love this parasol
I bought this parasol not just for the sun, but to offer some protection from the rain!. The parasol balances nicely on the arm which is well structured and very robust. It was straight forward to assemble with simple instructions. The mechanism is easy to operate and the whole thing is just a great enhancement to the garden. I would recommend it to anyone. Lovely garden sun parasol, really happy keeps you safe & shaded from the sun. Normal parasols are not as big, these large ones are much better shades a bigger area that's what I wanted. Read more

It's been some time since we bought the parasol but it does what it says on the tin. It blows around a bit when there's a wind, but it provides shade for most people at the table beneath the parasol. It needs to be well weighted down (we have used 12 breeze blocks). Read more

Not as sturdy as I thought it would be, would only be able to use if there is no breeze as I feel it would blow over quite easily. Really need to look into buying some sort of anchor to hold it down, before we can even think of using it. Read more

The item is a bit too flimsy and very prone to blowing over, the base is by far the most inadequate part of this shade, you must have a very heavy item to keep the shade anchored. Read more

Rubbish
Very poor quality. The winch is broken can't get any response from nanonano. Try to open it with the winch clockwise. It would not move. Did it anticlockwise and it opened. Winch very stiff poorly made. Second day of use winch just spins around not connected. Took the view cover off to find the coach bolt is broken of at the threads and all the washers and stuff lying in the cover base. The worst thing is can't get any reply from nanonano. Please don't use this firm. Read more

Excellent umbrella
Excellent quality and good value for money. Easy to remove and put away on rainy days. We fixed our base to a concrete floor and cover it in winter. Umbrella simply gets stored away. Have used over two summers now and still in great condition. Very sturdy. Happy with this item and would recommend. Thank you Read more

Poor quality
Poor quality parts were faulty and twisted ...... I’m now stuck with trying to return the huge item which I have to deliver to local pick up myself which is ridiculous never mind trying to find something to package it with ...... the whole experience has been a nightmare Read more
