Swiveling/galvanized brake caster with a stamped steel upper plate support and double-row ball bearing in the swivel head, along with a dust protection ring. Foot-operated brake that simultaneously locks both the pivot and the wheel. Wheel made of vulcanized blue elastic rubber on a nylon core. Tread hardness 70° shore A. Bolted wheel axle.
