Talus Bold - Anthracite Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Angled 15mm (130mm version)

Control radiator warmth with greater precision

Designed to combine individual radiator control with a coordinated finish, this Anthracite Talus Bold thermostatic valve set includes both the TRV and matching lockshield. Its angled layout suits the relevant pipe route, and the liquid sensing mechanism adjusts the valve as surrounding temperature changes.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Take more control of individual room comfort: Thermostatic control lets this radiator react to the temperature of its own room rather than relying only on the main heating controls.
• Reduce unnecessary radiator heating: By reducing hot-water flow when the room is warm enough, the valve can help limit unnecessary heating in that space.
• Add protection during very cold weather: When surrounding temperatures become very low, frost-protection behaviour can permit limited flow to help protect the radiator and connected pipework.
• Avoid sourcing a matching lockshield separately: The set includes the TRV and matching lockshield together, giving you both radiator valves in one coordinated purchase.
• Plan the radiator connection with the right valve shape: For side-entry radiators with pipes coming up from the floor, the angled body turns the connection neatly into the radiator.
• Tailor radiator output to the room's needs: Several thermostatic settings give you more flexibility than a simple manual on/off valve.
• Let the thermostatic mechanism respond without constant adjustment: A liquid-filled sensor reacts as the room warms and cools, helping the valve adjust without constant manual intervention.
• Choose a finish that complements the installation: A cleaner modern form helps the valve set feel coordinated with contemporary radiator designs. The matt Anthracite finish helps coordinate the valves with the radiator and nearby fittings.
• Buy with longer-term reassurance: With a 5 years guarantee, the set comes with added reassurance for the years after installation.
