Salt range: 0–9990 ppm or 0.000–0.999%. If the meter reads 500 x 10 ppm, this means 500 x 10 = 5000 ppm = 0.5%.
Press the hold button to keep the current reading on the screen, allowing the meter to be removed from the water and read. Temperature range: 1 to 50°C (does not display in F).
Works only for testing salt levels in saltwater swimming pools and koi ponds.
Does not work for testing salt levels in an aquarium. Does not work for testing food-grade salt levels. Does not work for any other application.
