Description
Forgefix TechFast Timber to Steel CSK/Wing Screws are designed for securely joining timber to steel frame buildings. These screws feature breakaway wings that create a clearance hole, preventing the thread from engaging timber during drilling. Once the wings contact the metal surface, they break off, allowing the thread to engage with the metal. The screws are equipped with a TORX® compatible insert for enhanced power transmission and improved countersinking due to recessed ribs.
These screws are fire and corrosion resistant, complying with EU Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements.
