These poles should be supported using the correct ground stake whilst they are in use, as clamping or tying them into onto a solid object can lead to damage as the pole cannot flex. There is no miles per hour rating on this product but it's recommended you take it down or lower the pole once wind speeds exceed 20mph. Also included is an incredibly strong fibreglass stake for supporting your flagpole. The stake flexes slightly with your flag pole which helps to reduce the risk of it snapping in the wind.
