Main Functions and Principles
Two-in-One Functions:
Forward Start: Pulling the starter handle starts the engine and the vehicle moves forward.
Reverse: By performing a specific action (usually lifting or pushing the shift mechanism in the center of the starter disc), pulling the starter handle again converts the engine power into reverse rotation, causing the vehicle to move backward via chain or cardan shaft drive.
Operating Principle: An integrated reversing mechanism with a planetary gear set or shift fork mechanically changes the direction of rotation of the output shaft.
