General description

The Brass Thermostatic Mixing Valve is designed to control shower water temperature, making it ideal for use in bathrooms, washrooms, kitchens, and laundry areas. This valve automatically adjusts the ratio of cold and hot water to maintain a constant outlet temperature, ensuring user safety and comfort.

Working pressure range: 0.03 MPa ~ 1 MPa (0.3 kg ~ 10 kg)

Ideal working pressure: 0.1 MPa ~ 0.5 MPa (1 kg ~ 5 kg)

Cold water temperature: 5~29℃

Hot water temperature: 30~99℃

Temperature adjustment range: 20~60℃, 35~55℃, 40~50℃, 30~60℃ (customizable)

Temperature control accuracy: ±2℃

Installation

Connect the "H" of the thermostatic mixing valve to the hot water inlet pipe and the "C" to the cold water inlet pipe.

Ensure that the cold and hot water inlet pressures are equal during installation.

If there is a significant pressure difference, consider installing a pressure reducing valve on the higher pressure side.

For inconsistent cold and hot water pressures, install a one-way check valve at the end with the smaller inlet pressure.

For valves with a pressure difference greater than 0.02 MPa, DN32-DN100 valves require an additional check valve, while DN15-DN25 valves have a built-in check valve.

Usage

No power supply is required for operation.

The valve is normally closed for cold water; if there is no hot water inlet, the cold water will be shut off.

If the hot water supply temperature is below the set temperature, cold water will be cut off, allowing only low-temperature hot water to flow.

In case of a sudden interruption of cold water when the hot water temperature exceeds 40℃, the hot water will automatically turn off after 3 seconds to prevent scalding.
