Question 1: Will this change the water flow from the shower head to only the handheld unit, or is there an option to have water flow from both the shower head and the handheld unit?
Answer: A shunt is a means. It is impossible for water to pass through both.
Question 2: Is it difficult to reverse the situation?
Answer: The black bypass valve is easy to turn and fits well in the hand.
Question 3: Should the handle be turned 90 degrees (a quarter turn) or 180 degrees (a half turn)?
Answer: A 90-degree turn.
Question 4: Is the handle made of metal? I've used others, and although the tee and valve are metal, the handle is plastic and can break.
