[Application] The diesel engine timing chain tensioner tool is used to lock the camshaft, crankshaft and fuel pump during timing belt adjustment. It is specifically designed for belt-driven, bored and unbored diesel engines.

[Scope of Delivery] Includes 2 crankshaft locking tools, 2 serpentine belt tensioner tools and 2 tensioner pulley retaining pins.

[Notes] The camshaft and fuel pump (high-pressure fuel pump) locking pins are the correct size. The black crankshaft locking pin is on the left, which is for common rail engines (the silver pin is for the 1.9 TDI engine). The serpentine belt tensioner is also fully locked. [Synchronization mark in correct position] Locate the timing mark and align it with the flywheel mark, secure the camshaft, and then simply fix the crankshaft locking pin in an unmarked position.
