Note:
The controller's built-in isolation voltage divider defaults to a 1:1 ratio for the actual arc voltage. For some plasmas equipped with a non-isolated 50:1 divider, the input can be set to 50:1. 1. Do not connect the actual arc voltage wire directly to the ground clip and torch cable. 2. The cable from the arc voltage height controller to the motor must be shielded, and the shielded network must be connected to the machine's ground. 3. The plasma power supply and the arc voltage height controller must be strictly grounded. Carefully check the torch height and the grounding clamp before starting the arc. 4. Plasma household power supply: The arc voltage must be taken from the high-frequency arc ignition stage and before the reactor. Sampled from the rectified plasma output position. 5. All control cables and plasma torch cables must be kept as far away as possible (above 5 cm) during wiring to avoid high-frequency coupling with the control signal and damage to the controller and digital control system.Features
