The first radiator was left outside a house some way down the road, we were lucky to get it, but the unit had badly manufactured threads which stripped the TEV connectors. A replacement was sent, this time the unit was left outside our house on the roadside , luckily our neighbour spotted it and brought it in. The threads were rough but not as badly formed as the original.
