Typhoon - Black Designer Radiator H1400mm x W476mm Double Panel - Feet Included

Make the radiator part of the interior

Bring useful room heating and a stronger design feature together with this Typhoon designer radiator from UK Radiators. Its matt Black finish, double panel construction and 14-tube face give it a distinctive look, while the 1400mm x 476mm format makes the space it needs on the wall clear from the outset.

Why choose this radiator?

• Bring dependable warmth into everyday routines: Designed for a plumbed hot-water central-heating system, it provides room heating as part of your home's existing wet heating setup, helping keep the space comfortable through colder days and evenings.
• Make better use of narrower wall space: The tall 1400mm x 476mm vertical format uses height rather than a long stretch of wall, helping leave more horizontal space available for furniture, storage or other features.
• Get more heating surface from the wall space: The double-panel construction places two heating panels within the same wall width, giving you more heat-emitting surface without needing a wider radiator.
• Buy with greater confidence: BS EN 442 certification gives you reassurance that the radiator's declared performance is assessed against a recognised radiator standard; UKCA marking provides an additional recognised product-assurance point; the 20 years guarantee adds long-term reassurance after purchase.
• Create a clean, structured vertical feature: Its 14-tube construction gives the front of the radiator a repeated, ordered rhythm that reinforces the tall designer look without relying on decorative extras.
• Make installation planning simpler: Wall brackets and masonry fixings are supplied with the radiator, so these core mounting components do not need to be sourced separately for a suitable masonry installation.
• Make the finish part of the room: The matt black finish gives the radiator a bolder, more architectural appearance, making it a strong choice when you want heating to contribute contrast to the interior.
• Choose valves that suit your room: Radiator valves are not included, so you can select the valve type and finish separately to suit your pipework and coordinate with the radiator rather than being tied to a supplied style.
• Fit it in the intended orientation: This is a vertical designer radiator and is intended to be installed in the stated vertical orientation rather than rotated horizontally, so its dimensions and layout should be planned around that position.
• Complete the look with feet already included: Radiator feet are supplied with this version, giving the design an additional furniture-inspired detail while providing floor support alongside the wall-mounting arrangement.
• Reduce the risk of defects reaching your home: The 9-step quality assessment process checks the product through a structured series of quality controls before it is dispatched, giving added reassurance around consistent quality and durability.
• Choose a finish tested for long-term durability: 200 hours of salt spray testing assesses resistance to corrosion and rust, helping provide reassurance against flaking, peeling and deterioration of the finish over time.
