This U-Bolt is specifically designed for 80 NB (88.9 OD) pipes and is made from T316 stainless steel, featuring a convex base to minimize crevice corrosion. This marine-grade stainless steel u-bolt is ideal for use in water-repellent situations, preventing water from pooling and causing corrosion. The enhanced convex base plate, combined with a silicone tube shroud, ensures effective water drainage and reduces contact area, which helps in minimizing corrosion risks.

    • Usage

    The u-bolt can be configured for either grip or non-grip applications depending on the arrangement of the nuts. For gripping the pipe, both nuts should be locked together underneath the convex base plate. For non-gripping applications, the nuts can be locked on either side of the convex base plate.
