Sharpening angles can be precisely adjusted using the sharpening jig by adjusting the tool's projection. If the chisel projection is 30 mm for a 30° angle and 40 mm for a 25° angle, the flat bar projection is 38 mm for a 30° angle and 50 mm for a 25° angle.

The design replaces the ordinary steel wheel with a bearing wheel for smoother operation.

Instructions for Use

1. Turn the screw cap, secure the chisel or other knife in place, and adjust the angle up and down. Note the measurement.

2. Then tighten the screw cap to firmly secure the blade's edge to the sharpening stone(s). Finally, slide the blade back and forth on the sharpening stone until it is sharper and more precise.

By adjusting the tool's projection, sharpening angles can be precisely adjusted using the sharpening device. If the chisel projection is 30 mm for 30° angles and 40 mm for 25° angles, level the iron projection to 38 mm for 30° angles and 50 mm for 25° angles.
