Product information
Description
[Ground Locating Application] The line detector uses an advanced frequency generation device to generate an alarm sound at the end of the wire. The closer the wire, the louder the sound. In noisy environments, you can use external headphones to listen to the voice recognition, or you can search for other metal wires using the adapter. The transmitter has a DC level test function, and the level can be judged by the brightness of the status LED: the brighter the light, the higher the level; the dimmer the light, the lower the level. [Wire Tracker Range] Up to 2 feet deep and 3280 feet long. Power supply: 9V alkaline battery. The 9V battery is not included in the package. Network cable sideline/sequence length features up to 1 km. [How to Use] Attach the red clip to the cable to be tested and the black clip to the ground. In this way, the signal will be stronger and the effect better. [Sound Level Adjustment] The high-sensitivity sound level adjustment and headphone reception are more convenient and comfortable. [Please Note] Do not use on live circuits to avoid damaging the tester! This device is primarily used to locate unpowered cables or low-voltage cables below 24V. The F02 wire locator is only suitable for single-core or double-core wires, not for multi-core or bundled wires.
