Specification: Applicable models: universal models, specifications can be installed and used Performance air filters are designed for use in upgraded engine systems to increase air flow, thereby improving performance. The breather is usually equipped with baffles and filters to prevent oil mist and steam from clogging the air filter. Vacuum from the intake manifold is applied to the crankcase via the PCV valve, drawing fresh air into the crankcase via the breather. The sole purpose of a breather filter is to let clean air be drawn through the block.
