The remote control can be programmed by manually selecting the correct air conditioner brand code (using the included code chart) or by performing an automatic code search when the air conditioner is turned on.

If your air conditioner code appears in the chart, after pressing the SET button for a few seconds, you can scroll the up and down arrows on the remote control to select the code corresponding to the brand.

If the air conditioner code is not in the chart, you can continue the automatic search. Press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds to scroll through all available codes on the remote control screen. If the air conditioner beeps during the automatic scan process, it means the codes are compatible. You must use the arrow to select and try it (as the automatic scan continues despite the beep).
