This gauge is ideal for measuring tread depth, brake shoe wear, and brake pad wear.

To use the gauge, zero it in any position.
Place the gauge vertically on the tire surface, insert the measuring rod into the tire tread depth, and read the displayed measurement.USE
It is recommended to take several measurements and average them for an accurate reading.
Replace your tires when the tread depth is less than 1.6 mm. For rapid wear, replace them if the depth is less than 3 mm, and for even wear due to rain or snow, replace them if the depth is less than 4 mm.
OTHER INFORMATION
CAUTION:
Keep the gauge clean. Avoid oil on the rod. Remove the battery if not in use for an extended period. The display will flash when the battery is low. If a display error occurs, remove the battery for 30 seconds.
