Which food processors is the WunderPeeler compatible with? The WunderPeeler is designed to be compatible with the Thermomix TM6, TM5, and TM31 models. How well does the WunderPeeler peel? With automatic potato peelers, the peeling result depends primarily on the potatoes used. The golden rule is: the smaller and more uniform the potatoes, the more thorough the peeling result. The WunderPeeler can remove up to 95% of potato skins. Peeled potatoes are perfect for further processing! The WunderPeeler cannot remove potato skins from holes and bumps. However, small skin remnants are not noticeable in the final dish (e.g., potato cakes, potato pancakes, potato gratin, French fries, etc.), so manual retouching is not necessary. The Thermomix TM6 peeling mode should not be used with the WunderPeeler. It operates at level 4 and is designed exclusively for the Vorwerk peeler.
