General Description
SAE 1/4" and 5/16" brass valve core removal and installation tool, designed to prevent refrigerant leaks in R12, R22, and R410A systems. This tool allows for quick and easy replacement of leaking coils, while its solid brass construction ensures durability. It is equipped with a metal knob with anti-slip knurling for extended use.Technical Specifications

Installation
- Close the coil wrench valve and disconnect the internal connection from the air conditioner before removing the coil.
- Remove the dead center on the valve stem and close the valve on the tool.
- Adjust the connection between the tool and the air conditioner interface, then tighten the valve on the air conditioner.
- Make sure the tool is properly connected to the air conditioner valve, then open the valve on the tool.
- Push the valve stem into the A/C valve and gently turn the rear knob of the extractor.
- After removing the valve core, remove the valve stem, close the valve on the disassembler, loosen the screw at the end of the tool, and remove the valve core.

Used to remove and install coils in live systems, this tool allows control of the core without the need to shut off or release the refrigerant, saving valuable time during service calls.Other Information
