This practical mixing knife is the ideal spare part for your food processor. It has been manufactured with precision for the perfect fit on your kitchen appliance.

The knife has four blades at different heights.
When rotating clockwise, the mixing knife cuts with the sharp edges of its blades - ideal for processing tough ingredients.
When rotating counterclockwise, the knife gently stirs with the blunt edges of its blades - ideal for processing delicate ingredients.

This robust spare part can be cleaned under running water and is dishwasher-safe.

A small cleaning brush is included in the delivery.
