- Disc plate diameter: 99.5 mm
- Diameter of central attachment hole: 13.4 mm
Grinding discs are essential for achieveing the full functionality of your food mincer. After the minced meat has initially been cut, it then passes through the disc plate with holes. Here, the coarse remnants are ground down further.
The smaller the holes in the disc, the finer the result. Larger holes with a diameter of 20 mm or more are good for the first grind or for turning fat. Medium holes with a diameter between 8 mm - 16 mm are well-suited for various types of sausage which require a regular grind. Small holes with a diameter up to approx. 6 mm are perfect for a fine grind e.g. when making pâté
