1. How to attach the rope to the ascender?
Hold the ascender so that the arrow points upwards (or against the direction of rope movement). Pull the safety ring outwards and attach it to the housing with a carabiner. Feed the rope between the housing and the clamp, ensuring that the clamp grips the rope tightly.
2. How do I remove the rope from the winch?
When removing the rope from the winch, it is important to note that the winch must move upwards, or in the direction of the arrow, as soon as the operator releases the safety lock. This protects the rope sheath from wear.
3. Operating Principle
The mounted cam allows the device to move smoothly along the rope, or in the direction of the arrow. When pulled in the opposite direction, it remains attached to the rope.
