Visually impeccable but even tight, the mas of my 48mm parasol still moves. In high winds I do not guarantee anything. Impossible to mount the wheels the metal axle is not long enough. I had to reduce the center of the wheels by several mm to reveal the hole in the axle to put the locking pin. Badly equipped hello galley !!! Know that once filled you will not be able to move your bin already by the filling weight. What is more, the axle driven by the wheels can no longer move since it is systematically blocked by what you put there, sand, earth or stones. Runs empty only, choose its location carefully before filling. Otherwise nice effect on the lawn. (79 year old female)

A special kind of parasol stand: moveable thanks to castors and a pulling handle, a great eye-catcher with plants, inexpensive, in any case better than the usual heavy granite stands.
