This was packaged in two boxes and only one was delivered. The other box appeared to be held up by DPD as they said the sender hadn’t paid the correct fees - we had ordered this for an event we were holding and accordingly it didn’t arrive as advised and we had no time to purchase elsewhere. When it did arrive one of the legs was damaged but we were returning anyway. Had to wait in all day for the uplift. Poor customer service from VidalXL who couldn’t seem to get anything right! Awaiting refund but if this goes as badly as everything else it’s not likely to be straightforward

Looks good. No problems with the strong winds this weekend - had the awning fully retracted and firmly lashed down. Assembly was complicated by having one part missing but replaced by a duplicate of an almost identical part. Once we worked this out, it explained why one of the holes seemed to be in the wrong place, solved by drilling another hole and it went together well,
