I think this is a fake. Villeroy annd Boch and printed outer box but inside a toilet seat that was the correct overall size but nowhere near as well - made as the original we were replacing. It wasn’t soft close and the fittings were cheap, generic diy of the one-size-fits many, but not for the Architectura, which has specific spigots for the seat to slot onto and no access underneath. You can’t fit this seat to an architectura, at least not mine. I didn’t bother to try and get a refund, just wrote it down to experience. Then about a month later I got an email asking for a review…
