Visco Therapy Little Champ Pocket Spring Mattress with Taped Edged - 3FT Single

I bought one of these in 2016 for my daughter and it has been amazing; really good quality and very comfortable. It seemed like a no-brainer to order 2 more for my younger kids now they need bigger beds. It looked slightly different on the website but not much so I ordered. What arrived was nothing like the product from 2016 and in fact nothing like the picture on the website. It has much thinner foam on it now and you can feel the springs a little. It also now has a taped edge rather than the soft foam that the old model had, which encapsulated the springs. This has been value-engineered unfortunately. On balance, I was happy to keep the mattress because I think it's still decent value and my kids are sleeping well on them, but it's nowhere near the bargain it used to be and not representative of any old reviews. I would have happily paid some extra for the old model but they don't make it anymore. It's misleading to give it the same name as the old product.
