Installation and Adjustment:
1. Open the flow switch housing;
2. The switch has been set to the minimum flow rate value at the factory.Increase the flow rate setting value and turn the adjustment screw clockwise;
3.Press the target part to check if the microswitch is functioning normally.Excessive counterclockwise rotation of the adjustment screw may cause the flow switch to fail;
4.After installation, press the flow switch several times to check the pulp bar.One day, there is no "click" when the pulp bar returns.Turn the adjustment screw clockwise until there is a "click";
5.The black lacquered gasket adjustment screw is for factory use only to set the flow meter; please do not modify or adjust it;
6. Observe three operating cycles, ensure the switch and its connected system are functioning normally, and replace the switch housing promptly.
