Compared to conventional filters, our filters require less frequent replacement. Ion-exchange resin: The ion-exchange resin softens the water, removes heavy metals, and thus reduces the risk of kidney stones in your pet. Clean water helps prevent urinary tract infections in pets. Note: It is recommended to replace the filter every 2 to 3 months.
