External Dimensions (L x W x H): 19 x 22 x 5 cm Internal Dimensions (L x W x H): 16 x 16.5 x 5 cm Suitable for cats weighing less than 7 kg and with a girth of less than 40 cm. Note: 1) Please ensure that your pet's width and height (shoulder height) are smaller than the pet screen door, thank you. 2) The magnet at the bottom of the door frame is for aligning the rolling door after it has been moved; it cannot be used as a lock, thank you. Enhanced Product Features: 1. Convenient push-button switch; you can easily control the entry and exit options for your cat or other cats: only entry, only exit, in and out, or fully locked.
2. The fixing groove with snap fasteners can effectively prevent the weatherproof brush strip from falling off and help secure it.
3. The tunnel depth can be reduced. Includes 1 pack of long screws + 1 pack of short screws, and double-sided tape to meet your needs. It can be installed on various types of interior doors, exterior doors, walls, windows, closets, glass, etc.
Installation Instructions
1. Trace the outline of the door. Draw the cat flap frame on a piece of cardboard and cut it out. Use a pencil to trace a circle along the edge of the cutout on the door where you want to attach it. Notes: 1. It is best to prepare the necessary tools beforehand: pencil, utility knife, electric saw, drill, screwdriver, and double-sided tape.
2. If you can use the product itself to directly trace the outline of the exterior door frame, that will work very well.
2. Drill the tunnel holes. First, use a power drill to drill the corners of the 4 deep holes, then use a power saw to cut the tunnel holes from the drilled holes. Note: The average installation height is usually about 10 to 15 cm from the floor.
3. Reduce the tunnel depth if necessary. If the cat flap is too thick for your door, use scissors or a utility knife to trim a section of the tunnel along line A or B. Trim to about 2 to 4 cm.
4. Wrap the tunnel opening. Once the tunnel is cut, it's best to wrap it with a layer of wood veneer.
5. Install the door. Use double-sided tape to attach the cat flap to the door. 8 screws are provided; tighten them using the screwdrivers on both sides. NOTE: There are 8 screws in each of the 4 holes on each side. Please screw them all in from both sides as shown in the image above. These 8 screws are designed to work together; they are not short. 6. Finish: Place the nut over the screw hole and press it down. The installation is now completely finished.
