During measurement, the outer side must be correctly applied with external force.The E-shaped strain gauge beam portion of the sensor (i.e., the beam arm with the white rubber in the middle of the strain gauge) and the outer side must exert a shear force in the opposite direction. This means the middle of the strain gauge beam must be able to undergo bending changes under stress, and there must be no obstruction on the other side of the strain gauge beam.
Inside the sensor is a set of half-bridge strain gauges, which can be used in three ways:
1.Use one sensor with an external resistance to form a full-bridge measurement.The capacity is that of one sensor: 50 kg.Requires higher external resistance requirements.Use two sensors to form a full-bridge measurement. The range is the sum of the ranges of the two sensors: 50kg x 2 = 100kg.
3.Using four sensors to form a full bridge measurement, the range is the sum of the ranges of the four sensors: 50kg x 4 = 200kg
