Description

General description

Easy to use welding electrodes suitable for all-round welding by young welders, requiring only a small heating device. The brazing strength achieved is generally higher than that of the base metal itself. These electrodes do not require additional brazing powder, as the brazing core and coating are integrated into the base material. They are convenient and easy to solder, offering high performance due to the internal powder that ensures a sufficient and uniform brazing effect. With a low melting point, these rods exhibit high weldability, corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, and excellent processing properties.

Technical specifications

  • Material: Aluminum
  • Color: Silver
  • Diameter: 2 mm
  • Melting point: 647 / 658 °C
  • Length: 50 cm
  • Contents: 50 aluminum welding wires
  • Installation

  • Step 1: Polish the surface by physical cleaning.
  • Step 2: Heat the surface of the base metal to a temperature of 450 °C or more to allow the weld to form through heat conduction.
  • Step 3: For relatively thin aluminum, heat it to a suitable working temperature and rub it back and forth with the wire and wire brush to create a weld.
  • Attention: Ensure the surface is cleaned and maintain the base metal temperature at 450 °C during welding.
  • Usage

This low temperature aluminum welding wire can weld almost all white metals, including aluminum, aluminum alloy, cast aluminum, and aluminum-magnesium alloy. It is capable of repairing aluminum alloys that are often deemed irreparable, including severely corroded or oil-contaminated white metal.
