Instructions:

Step 1: Polish the surface by physical cleaning.

Step 3: When repairing the relatively thin aluminum, just heat the aluminum to a suitable working temperature and then rub back and forth with wire and wire brush to form a weld.

Attention:

1. The surface must be cleaned.

2. The temperature of the base metal must be kept at 450 °C during the welding process, and the temperature must not be lower.
