Description

Easy to use: These welding electrodes are suitable for complete welding by novice welders. They only require a small heating device. The weld strength after welding is generally higher than the strength of the base metal itself. No soldering powder required: You don't need to use other flux powders with aluminum alloys because the weld core and coating are self-contained. Very practical and easy to weld. High performance: By using the internal powder, the welding wire has a sufficient and smooth weld effect. It also has a low melting point, high weldability and corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, and excellent processing properties.

Welding Effect: It can repair aluminum alloy that some people think cannot be repaired; even heavily corroded or oil-contaminated white metal can be repaired.

Applications: This low-temperature aluminum welding wire can weld almost all white metals, including aluminum, aluminum alloy, cast aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloy, etc. High strength, good forgeability, and good corrosion resistance.

Material: Aluminum.

Color: Silver.

Melting Point: 647/658.

Diameter: 2mm.

Instructions:

Step 1: Polish the surface by physical cleaning. Step 2: Heat the base metal surface until the temperature reaches the welding wire working temperature of 450°C (1142°F). This ensures the weld can be formed by the thermally conductive welding wire of the base metal, and that the flame welding wire should not be used. When the surface temperature is sufficient, the wire can circulate and penetrate well. Step 3: When repairing relatively thin aluminum, simply heat the aluminum to a suitable working temperature, then use a wire and wire brush to rub back and forth to form a weld. Caution: 1. The surface must be clean. 2. The base metal temperature must be maintained at 450°C during the welding process, and the temperature cannot be lower. 3. Avoid using flames to deliberately burn the wire. After the temperature reaches 450°C, the wire will naturally exhibit thermal conductivity dependent on the base material. Contents: 50 aluminum welding wires (33cm/50cm).

TIG welding is used in the aerospace, automotive, food and beverage industry. The welding is carried out by virtue of the electric arc created between the electrode and the piece of metal to be welded.
