Delivery of our items can only be made to the UK.

We do not deliver to islands!

How will my order be delivered?

Depending on the size of the order, we deliver our goods by parcel post or freight forwarding.

Small packages are sent by DHL, GLS, DPD or UPS. Larger parcels, such as play towers and swings, are delivered by forwarding agent. Delivery is made free kerbside after making an appointment by telephone. As a rule, unloading is done with a pallet truck. In some exceptional cases, the delivery must be unloaded by hand. In this case, we expressly ask for your assistance.

When will my order be delivered?

You will find information on delivery times on the respective item page. These times vary depending on the size and item. In principle, the longest stated delivery time always applies when purchasing several items.

For shipping articles, such as climbing frames and swings, delivery is made after prior telephone agreement between the shipping company and you. Therefore, it is important that you please provide a correct telephone number.
