General description

This winch hook stopper is designed to fit between the two outer rollers of the winch fairlead, effectively eliminating wear and tear on the hook rollers. It prevents the winch motor and gears from pulling the cable too far, which can cause the rollers to fall off. Additionally, it maintains tension on the hook to prevent the cable from coming loose and eliminates noise from the hooks when lowering. The design includes slots that function as a backstop for the cable in case of a break.
