Description

General Description

Thanks to this refractometer, you can easily check the quality of grapes and thus improve your winemaking. This device is primarily designed to test the sugar content of the original grape juice, thereby allowing you to determine the potential alcohol content of grape wine and fermented grape juice. It is important to note that it cannot be used to measure the alcohol content of wine.

Operation

To use the refractometer, place 2 to 3 drops of sample on the main prism, close the plate, and look through the window to read the Brix value. The device is designed for ease of use, with accurate measurement thanks to a clear dividing line (blue-white) and an adjustable eyepiece for focusing.
