General Description

This refractometer allows you to easily monitor the quality of your grapes and thus improve winemaking. It primarily serves to measure the sugar content of grape juice and therefore enables you to determine the potential alcohol content of wine and fermented grape juice. Please note that this device is not suitable for measuring the alcohol content of wine. Technical Data: Brix measuring range (pure sugar): 0–40%; Alcohol measuring range: 0–25%; Brix resolution (pure sugar): 0.2%; Alcohol resolution: 0.2%; Automatic temperature compensation (ATC): between 10°C and 30°C; Installation: Zeroing with distilled water at 20°C; Operation: Place 2 to 3 drops of the sample onto the main prism.
